Adults often grimace when talking about young people: "The kids are ...". However, the young people now, living in new conditions, are definitely more creative, more energetic, ready to open their arms wide, open their eyes, to welcome the new. So to the point of being judged as "The kids are ..." or not? Maybe it's been so long ago, people who judge "The children are really ..." when they were young must have been evaluated like that ... When transitioning the leadership generation, the psychology of comparison, underestimating, "or bad" between leadership terms is unavoidable, but requires a broader mindset. The previous generation of leaders is certainly more experienced, with many valuable experiences. Advice, reminder, affectionate, sincere message, with constructive contributions that are of great significance to the incumbent leadership team. Sometimes the comments of previous leaders can be direct, frank, even more severe than necessary, easily causing incumbent leaders to "lose their fire", "close themselves". "The words are so heartbreaking", when receiving comments no matter what level, need marketing to receive, calmly understand that all are just too "impatient" with the general development of the locality. Recalling the previous time, the period in which each of us held a similar position, took on the responsibility with disruption of work, plans and plans. The previous leaders should be more patient and sympathetic to the concerns, pressures and challenges facing the successor generation - That is the driving force for each of us to rise up and overcome difficulties, well completed the assigned tasks.
