100th STORY

Still the same story as 99 previous stories - the story of the Assembly Hall - an initiative of the people of the Red Lotus. "Tan Thuan Hoi Quan", a milestone marking the 100th Assembly Hall, was born on the land of Council Tuong canal, Tan Hoi Trung commune, Cao Lanh district. More than 3 years since the Assembly Renewal - the first Assembly hall came into existence - until now, there has been the 100th Assembly Hall. Is that fast or slow? More or less? Probably each person, each angle will have a different answer ...

The Assembly Hall is a new institution, but what is new is unavoidable with "in and out" comments, unavoidable concerns, unavoidable doubts. Someone says "the new" but get the consensus right away is not considered "the new" anymore. "The new" is formed somewhere from the existing but needs to change to adapt to new conditions. "The new" is formed from the troubles in the rolling flow of life. "The new" may come from one person, but in order to perfect, be highly consensus, it takes the sympathy and fusion of many people. A mind equal to many minds combined? The beat of a heart is equal to that of thousands of hearts? How is a hand equal to thousands of hands?

Throughout the nation's thousand-year history, the spirit of community is a characteristic of our Vietnamese people. Community spirit helps to fight foreign invasions. Community spirit helps to fight against harsh nature, with the stalking of thousands of wild animals in the journey to open the realm. Community spirit helps people to be close together, holding hands on the journey of building and defending the country. "Village gratitude", the spirit of humanity and humanity are the fine traditional values ​​of the old village. History has proven that, the more events happen, the more people we stick to each other. The Covid-19 pandemic is a powerful testament to the community spirit of the people when an event threatens the lives of every person, house, or village.

However, going into a normal life, the spirit of the community, the precious traditional values ​​of the nation, sometimes faded away. Interests between one person conflict with the interests of another. So, the distance between this person and that person, house to house, neighborhood with neighbor is gradually getting further away. The spirit of "Sell brothers far away, buy neighbors close" is hampered by the way of thinking: "Everyone's house lights up, everyone's fields do". Does it seem that all of this is due to the way of thinking "sharing the cake" - "If someone else eats, we must stop"? A kitchen sieve ". Conflict handling is based on the dry treatment but forgets that:" One hundred is not equal to a love ".

Do not see a silent sea, but think that there are no underground waves in the ocean. Life is never flat, production and business work of our relatives is never always smooth. Nothing is immutable in a world that changes every day, every hour. The "first variable" is "climate change" which is affecting agriculture: Drought, mangrove, water depletion, landslide, sediment decline, erratic rain and shine, and epidemic diseases ... The "second variable" is "market volatility", the market "opens" then the other "closes". The "third variable" is "changing consumer psychology" more and more difficult, not only using a tangible product, but also sensing from a cultural and emotional perspective.

The market is also a "battlefield", people are competing with each other with new knowledge, with new technology, with new methods. People succeed no longer follow the thought of "Get smart diligence" anymore! Everything is attached to the two words "smart": Smart agriculture, smart trading, smart community, smart farmers ... Everything is attached to the two words "knowledge": Knowledge economy, knowledge society, knowledge people, knowledge farmers ...

So, there was "variable" then nothing! So, "water to foot" then what! So, there is a need for community spirit again! Community spirit, first of all the spirit of cooperation with each other, one cooperating with another, one family cooperating with another, one hamlet cooperating with another. Cooperation creates more resources. "Power combination" that! That's why the venue was born! That's why 100 guilds are born! Each guild can be a collection of people with different careers, more or less different, but all based on the spirit of community and community.
 

Today's idyllic Assembly hall space is aimed towards future great goals, that is: Directing each person to associate their own destiny with the community's common destiny, creating a community strength to like Suspect, respond to events that happen that no one can anticipate!
